Today's practice will be a 10 minute Body Scan.  The beauty of the Body Scan is that it gives you a very concrete "object" on which to rest your attention.  Remember that it is common to zone out and get lost in thought during part (or most) of this practice, so don't feel bad if this happens.  No matter what your experience is with meditation, it is always about practice and not mastery.

I recommend trying the Body Scan a few times before moving on to Session 3, but as always, feel free to go forward at your own pace.  Also, I would invite you to try the Body Scan for Sleep as another way to try this practice.
