Now that you have a foundation of several meditation practices, it's time to introduce the Kindness and Compassion practice.  In this practice, you will be guided the entire time to send kind wishes to a variety of people, so it is rather different than just resting your awareness on an anchor.  I like to do this one when I'm experiencing some personal struggles, or feeling a bit adrift, but it can be done any time.
