NOVEMBER 2017 - LETTING THINGS GO
“Let it Go.” This is good advice, although it is often easier said than done. We often hang on to things (unhelpful thoughts, grudges, disappointments) because there is a quality of feeling “right” about something or justified in our perspective. We cling to these things, in spite of the fact that we would be better served by loosening our attachment to them and moving on. This month our focus is on becoming more aware of these beliefs, thoughts, and experiences, and then letting them go.
