March 2019 - Mindful Boundaries

Establishing healthy boundaries is a foundation of self-care. Two of your most precious resources, your TIME and your ENERGY, should be given mindfully and with intention. While there may be those accustomed to receiving your time and/or energy and therefore feel entitled to it, YOU determine when, where, and how you give it.

Reflect on where you're giving your time and energy, and consider shifting your boundaries to make fewer commitments and more time for yourself. Also, notice who you give your energy to each day and consider establishing boundaries that reserve enough of this vital resource to maintain your health and happiness.
